      <image:caption>Bake Some Good is a campaign created around the idea that baking for others can make the world a little brighter, one small act at a time. We brought 6 bakers together and they baked for deserving organizations and groups like the TSA, the Chicago DMV, The Cara Program, PBS, firefighters, police officers and others. The campaign lasted for 120 days, and we touched countless lives. And also set a Guinness World record in the process for most consecutive hours baked (25 straight hours!) The treats were donated to Meals on Wheels.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The DOE distributed over 350,000 iPads to students in response to the growing concern of COVID-19. The DOE knew that it wasn’t enough to provide the 300,000+ devices to the city’s most underserved students—they needed to rethink the education experience. As part of the team that helped them achieve this, we created brand guidelines, a redesigned support portal, a centralized learning app, and countless other pieces of work that helped the DOE serve their students, teachers and parents.</image:caption>

We set out to improve Abercrombie’s digital ecosystem (5 brands) by leveraging Lean UX and Design Thinking methodologies, UserZoom research and rapid prototyping. We explored ways to make the digital shopping experience more flexible and holistic, with a goal of transforming the customer experience from good to best-in-class.</image:caption>
